On December 24, 2025, at Širbegović Engineering Gračanica, a formal farewell event was held for 28 of our colleagues who, after many years of dedicated work, have entered their well-deserved retirement.
These are not just years of service – they are years of knowledge, effort, dedication, responsibility, and loyalty woven into our company's growth and development.
As a token of gratitude for their contributions, certificates of appreciation and gifts were presented. On this occasion, the company owner, Faruk Širbegović, expressed sincere thanks for their contribution, professionalism, and commitment throughout all these years.
