I am currently working on developing residential buildings using fast, prefabricated construction methods, with minimal wet processes, so that everything can be completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. If an apartment costs 3,000 or 4,000 convertible marks per square meter, how many salaries does someone need to afford it? That price should be brought closer to around 2,000 marks to cover construction costs, while the state should waive VAT and other charges it can give up, and provide incentives in areas such as infrastructure and utility connections, so these costs do not burden the final price of housing. What will we do if our young people leave? How will we keep them here?
